What are you believing God for today?

Is it something He’s promised you or your family? Is it something He’s promised in His Word? Or promised you individually?

Is it something that seems too big. Or too grand. Or too far off to even be possible?

Whatever you’re believing the Lord for today, believe wholeheartedly! Knowing that when God speaks, He means it. That when God reassures, it’s for a purpose. And that when He reminds and refreshes and renews His promises with You, it’s a done deal.

Oh, you may not see the evidence of it right away. In fact, you will need to exercise the faith God’s put inside you! To refocus your eyes. And refocus your heart. To refocus your mind and will and emotions. Not on the promise itself, but on the One who spoke the promise in the first place.

The One who knows the promise. And sees the promise. And has already fulfilled the promise in the Heavenly realms! To focus your eyes and your heart…on Jesus! The One who authors your faith. And perfects your faith. And will joyfully see it all through to completion!

Yes, today is the day to step back into belief. Back into faith. Back in righteousness! To shake off the garments of doubt and put on the garments of praise! To throw off the glasses of unbelief and see through eyes of faith! To rejoice in the Lord! And dance in the Lord! To smile and shout and clap and sing!

For the One who promised is faithful and He will bring it completion!

…being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6
